I think everyone should try it at least once and see what you think.Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex is a privately-held American restaurant chain serving Tex-Mex cuisine. I really think it is a place I will go back to and I think you will enjoy eating there, too. The regular Tex-Mex fare is available for ordering to eat there or to take your order to go. I chose nachos and there was plenty enough to take home for left overs. (It was like they read my mind or something!) I could sit there and eat as long as I wanted and just have a pleasant experience enjoying my food. And the waitresses were always close at hand to refresh your drink. In the middle were several choices of salsa. You went up to the counter, ordered and then chose a table where your food was promptly brought to you piping hot. The music might have been a little loud because off the decorated warehouse atmosphere, but it was fun reading the graffiti on the walls while you waited for your order. All were happily enjoying the food and the atmosphere.
myself, couples, even grandparents with grandchildren. For a downtown Tampa restaurant, in the middle of the day, it was quite busy with all kinds of people - police, businessmen, single ladies like. I stopped in one day between doctor visits (because it is near the hospital) and was very pleasantly surprised.
